Possibly a dopey question about USB....

Okay, so I have V4L USB passthrough and two batteries. Definitely not getting as much punch from the batteries as I am from the USB. Does V4L offer any other batteries or anything to make the batteries consistent with USB? I understand the USB has more voltage or whatever but I am just curious since I am now hooked on my USB and use the batteries only when necessary............

Any thoughts??? Or previous posts you can direct me to?

not yet... i think they're going to market a mod that might be 5V but it'll be a couple months. there are 5V mods available though, from other vendors.

Do they work with V4L carts or do you have to order different carts?

All V4L carts are interchangable with all V4L batteries and passthrus.

The mod that is being referred to will be cartomizer compatible as well.

yup, if you get a mod, just make sure it's KR8 compatible... you're better off asking in the subforums for those vendors, they can steer you right. most of the mods i've seen, you specify which adapter you want.

The XLs are not quite as powerful as the PT, but they're pretty close, and definitely a step up from the regular batts!

I ordered an XL last night from V4L. OMG I am spending a fortune!!!! Not to mention the shipping!!!!!!! M u s t s t o pppppp!!!!! LOL!!!

Anyway, I agree with Aubergine. Hopefully, the XL will work better and I will wait for V4L to make their's.

I have another question concerning this.

which charges faster or do they all take the same time assuming that the battery is totally spent?

the usb charger
the wall charger
the car charger

which one does it the fastest? Or, do they all do it equally.

If this has been answered already, I apologize, I couldn't find it in search.

Wall charger and car charger would be equal. USB charger would be a bit slower. The battery can't be charged all that fast in this application.
