How long have you been using it? I assume you don't have a meter?

The light might still work when the battery can't hold a charge anymore.
To be sure, you really need a meter to measure the voltage at the connector.
Is your charger working ok on your other batteries?
Have you tried it with a different cartomizer?
Does that carto work with other batteries?
I know it sounds obvious, but your carto could be fried and if you only have one, you might not be able to tell and think its the battery.

Those batteries don't last forever, so it could simply be worn out.
Possibly the battery post needs to be pulled up on the Riva.

You need at least a cheap multimeter though, for problems like these. No vaper should be without one.

It might be the carto itself. Try a new one and see if it works. It would be nice if you knew someone with a volt/ohm meter, that way you know for sure if its the battery. Sometimes the center piece on the bottom of the carto gets pushed up and will not make contact with the Battery like it should. Look at it, the center should be a little higher than the outside thread. If not pry it up just a little with tweezers or very small screw driver. Just pry it up a little so its above the outside thread.

It's definitely not the cartomizer... It's a brand new one that works with all of my other batteries. It even worked with my Riva up until just a few hours ago.

No, I don't have a meter. Sounds like it may be a good investment.

I've had this particular battery for about 3 months or so, maybe just a little longer.
There is also a center post on your Riva that may have been pushed down to far by over tightening you carto's. Try to raise the button a little and try again. And if you can buy a cheap volt/ohm meter at harbor freight or HomeDepot or Walmart. A Cheap one will work just fine for what you want it for.
