I gave up on sleep aids along time ago, none of them keep working. Ambien made me feel like I was on a hallucinogenic like ... but milder reaction then street drugs. (hope that made sense) guess some might find that fun sometimes but it never really helped me go to sleep. Best thing I ever used was melatonin now if I didnt feel like I was running a marathon all night I wouldve kept using it, no real rest, but it did help me get to sleep.
People really sleep around here??? If I sleep 5 nites out of seven, I am doing good. Getting real tired of it though. When I do sleep its more like naps. grrrrrrr!

I have an impending change of schedule at work, after being on the same schedule for 21 years. I don't think I'm an insomniac as such ... but, I am a night owl. It's now 1:20 AM my time, and it's about time for me to hit the sheets. The problem is, on my new schedule, I'll have to wake up around 5AM. My body is arguing with my attempts to get used to that. I try the "early to bed, early to rise" line of thinkinig. Go to sleep around dark, planning to get up 8 hours later ... but, wake up after 2-3 hours of sleep, wide awake.
The new schedule will start within a few weeks. I told my boss that he may end up firing me due to excessive tardiness. Dayum, morning people make me ill.

I bought my wife a present today. Yes, it's another pet, like we need more. But, I couldn't turn it down. It's a French Angora Bunny. Beautifull nice long hair for spinning. He's a great looking buck with papers and everything $20.
No, I don't eat the spinning bunnies, just my meat rabbits. So I spent half the day making a new cage. Well that and I made two box mods from the madvapes kits. It was easy and cheap.
I bought two just in case I messed one up, but it was so easy even I could do it. And I have these huge hands that make soldering kinda hard. 14500 batteries (which I have a ton of) 3.7 volts but I bought 10 of the LR cartomizers and they both rock like a 5 volt.
Two 510 little box mods not much bigger than a bic lighter that take 900Mah batteries that last all day. I bought a bunch of juice too so free shipping plus the 5% off coupon. So they cost me about $14 for two of them.
If I can do it anyone can. I'm going to buy a bunch more when they come in and make some up for all my buddies.

HI, it's been going good, How you been? I've been up most nights, but I got hooked playing on-line euker.
I've also been making wine, although I'm not drinking anymore. 20 gallons should make some nice presents when it finishes up.
There is something in ALL wines that I don't like. Not sure what it is but I never have been able to acquire a taste for it.
I'm doing well. Up to 31 pounds lost..........but more to go darn it. Enjoying some cooler weather.....makes riding the bike nicer. Just working and computering. Real exciting stuff!!
