Chocolate Tobacco from Bulkejuice

First tried it in a Protank. Got through about 1ml before it gunked up the coil

Next was a 510 atty, I got through about 20 minutes of dripping before it killed the atty..

I tried a LR Boge in a tank punched with 2 holes. Clogged within 30 minutes.

Last straw was building a coil myself and giving it a whirl on my Igo-l.. I guess this is the only way it was able to be vaped. I got through a whole night of vaping but it did start to give off a bit if a funky taste after a while.

I have found the the darker colored flaves seem to gunk up and clog. I cannot say a particular item. Have any of you found this to be true?

Definitely, the darker and sweeter the stuff is, the faster it kills an atty. Now going 100% PG with those helps a bit, about doubles the atty life over 50/50 but, then you really taste any bitter or off notes in the juice, and since it's thinner, it wicks up faster too.

Haha, this thread title made me laugh. I've had two that made me hesitate and think.. uh oh here we go, time to thrash up this coil. Those were Red Pirate and Paris from Want2Vape. Normally I don't mind juices that gunk. I usually vape on 2 fresh drippers a day, rinsing and dry burning them all quick when I've gone through them, and just about all juices I've had can handle half a day of vaping on a clean coil. Not those two.

Red Pirate I wasn't crazy about so didn't mind it was such a gunker. Paris on the other hand was very good.. for a couple vapes. I had to laugh at how quickly I noticed I could recognise the dirty coil taste. 2 out of the many hundreds of juices I've had were a real problem, so overall I've been happy. I know some people really struggle to find clean juices to vape, but I think my expectations are kept low enough that it's not an issue for me. If I actually get a full day out of one dripper I'm more pleasantly surprised than expecting it. Rinsing and dry burning takes just a minute, and the coil is good to go again.

I couldn't agree more... this is what turns me off with most NET's. Not only are they "dirty burners", but the ashtray phenomenon kicks in within hours of initially vaping; they take on a straight-up ashtray taste in a short amount of time! Many NET's start out yummy, but quickly turn to yuck! One exception is Ahlusion (non-aromatics). Ahlusion burns much cleaner than most NET's and retains great flavor for days!

I agree A+'s non-aros are pretty clean. But don't forget about Heather's Heavenly Vapes. I think they carry the cleanest burning NET's in all of Vapeland. :)

I often chuckle when I see noobs being haphazardly directed towards dirty NETs with no kind of warning whatsoever. Like if the way their equipment handled these juices was of no importance at all. I can only imagine some of these hapless victims angrily slamming their clogged and nasty tasting cartos against the wall when it's all said and done. :D

I resemble that remark. ;)

I use BB in Protanks and Evods and can't say that they give me much trouble with gunking up, but Copper Creek's House Blend....forget about it...I'm lucky to get half way through a Protank before it withers away to almost no vapor at all. But boy oh boy, CCHB is good stuff with a brand new coil installed!

Today was my first day trying Copper Creek's House Blend in my Aspire Bottom Dual Coil Vivi Novas, and was surprised it was already gunked up the coil and turned the 1ml left in my tank into a DARK juice. Found this thread by doing a Google search of "House Blend gunk", and now see that it is a common problem with CCHB..

Anyone got any suggestions what device to vape CCHB out of? Anything but RDAs (I tried it and I suck at setting em up.)

Those of you using cartos, have you thought about punching another hole (maybe even three)? A good carto punch tool is always a good thing to have in your arsenal. I get about a week to a week and a half with BB using smok cartos with an extra hole punched.

If you look into carto punch tools, do not get the crappy Smok one where it's just a ring and a screw. Get one like this instead: Bullet Cartomizer Punch - Avid Vaper

After reading this thread and realizing that I have recently ordered quite a few of the coil gunkers mentioned here, I just ordered something that I never, EVER thought I would: IGO-L Rebuildable Dripping Atomizer. I've been seeing this dripper mentioned many, many times on here before, but I never wanted to get involved with rebuilding anything. I still don't, but I had to do some research on one anyway... For science.

There are well over a hundred great reviews on this one, it's price range is right up my alley (even if I don't end up using it often), and they've got 10-packs of pre-wrapped coils/wicks that are cheap and also well reviewed... Score (I hope ;) )!

Wish me 'dripping' luck! :vapor:

(You're all damned enablers, I tell ya!) :p

One of my ADVs is Boba's. I've used it on just about every device there is and it gunks them up with a quickness. I got an IGO-L and started using micro-coils with cotton wicks. Things still gunk up fairly quickly but pulling out the wick, dry burning then re-wicking is so easy, and can be done in under a minute. I also don't run my wicks through the coil but rather set the micro coil in a bed of cotton. The only issue is the inconvenience of dripping.

About a month ago, I got a Reo Grand and the RM2(rebuildable). I should have done this long ago. Best vaping experience I've had. It's like dripping without having to drip. It for sure beats the hell out of rebuilding vivis or protanks(which I was doing at least on a daily basis).

On the RM2 I can go a whole day on a single cotton wick, but I still change it out about every 3-4 hours when I'm using Boba's. It's just too easy and the flavor is fantastic.
