I just read your review. I kind of wish that the Zero Modz would have used the sx350 that is in the sx version and the W-box. DNA30 is getting outdated. 250W is excessive, but 30W is not quite enough for all circumstances.

There are quite a few wishing for an SX Version of the clone ... hey, you never know ;-)

The locking ring is friggin amazing isnt it? it pulls the button back! My favorite part about the thing are the pins, they're so easy to work with and the button pin is so well made even at its tightest it makes complete contact with the battery.

Eh this was supposed to be a response to dave's post lol

The lock is different, but so far the nicest locking ring I have used, clone or authentic, is my Oros clone. There is no removable switch, so there is no way to get the ring stuck or accidentally unscrew anything while trying to lock it. It is thick metal and glides perfectly.

The Onyx I think looks really cool and it hits hard. I think it will look sweet with the black freakshow rda that I have coming in the mail. And, it hasn't seemed to patina yet, at all. It must have some kind of coating on the copper to prevent patina. I hope it stays looking great, because I am sure that once I start polishing it, this coating will be gone. I also like the button. I was originally unsure about a stainless button, but the mod still hits hard, the button looks fantastic and it is heavy with good magnets. It seems to work perfectly every time.

FT clones :)

FT clones :)

Thats tiny! I have a few FT clones, they have some good stuff if you are careful and wait for the reviews. Its a kayfun clone on a ? what mod is that?

I just ordered my first RTA a few days ago, actually... an authentic BIllow manufactured by EHPro (a company that primarily makes clones). I am exited to get an RDA experience with a tank, hopefully.

Damn! I need one of those. It would look great on mine.View attachment 393042

Nice setup! The chuff-style top caps are easy to find, I have lots of them. I build most of my attys at .21 ohm, which doesn't get hot enough that I need a delrin top cap with that kind of airflow, although I do have a few delrin caps too.

I am currently looking for one that fits a freakshow rda, however. I can see that wotofo a-mod has designed one (its on their facebook), but can't find any retailers that stock it.

nice setup! if you put your image link in between
tags, the image will display in-line in your post. imgur actually has a quick copy paste option with the tags already included, its called "BBCode" link.

Thanks! I love this mod. I have seen quite a few of the metal chuff caps but I haven't seen copper ones. I like my delrin cap a lot, mine is built at .3 right now, and works good with it. I really like how that copper cap looks on there though. Just when I said I wasn't going to spend any more money for awhile...

View attachment 393569. Smpl white knight and dark knight. These three cost me less than 50. They're ridiculously high quality clones. The Lancelot are apparently cloned here in Oklahoma and the Smpl was from thrifty ecig

I keep thinking about getting a sir lancelot clone, but I just wish that they would have made it a single 18650 tube rather than modular...

This is my onyx clone. Its heavy, the button has great magnets with a perfect throw, and I think it looks pretty badass with all the holes and grooves and such. I've got an authentic freakshow on it with an authentic vapetasia friction tip.

The freakshow, though, is an authentic designed and manufactured by A-Mod/Wotofo, which is a company that primarily makes high quality clones. Its a fantastic RDA. I get loads of flavor with the airflow directly underneath the coils, but also massive vapor. The juice well works great. What a great design!

ETA: just thought I would add that this onyx doesn't seem to patina. It must have some kind of protective coating on the copper. I have not been polishing it...

Latest addition - SS SMPL clone and SS Hobo clone. Running the Hobo in single coil mode at .34ohm and it delivers the flavor in a big way. The SS SMPL clone is a decent piece, I guess. It's not as nice as my copper SMPL clone and has a different switch (screw in contact vs. secured by snap ring). Switch won't recess all the way with the Hobo and a VTC4 flat top. Doesn't fire under it's own weight though and it hits hard just like its copper counterpart.

I haven't put the Hobo on my copper one yet to see if it's the Hobo's 510 or the SS clone's switch causing the recess issue. I've got the Hobo's pin in as far as I'll dare since it's a hybrid top cap. It also has an obviously pressed in top cap. The copper probably does as well but it is undetectable. SS is by Moander... not sure who made my copper clone.

Can't complain too much for $20. I do still intend to buy an authentic SMPL after the holidays.

Update on the Lancia clone from angelcigs:

I had originally received an Ivogo Lancia from angelcigs that worked great, but there was some slight tolerance issue with the 510 threading causing it to not screw down all the way on all of my mods. I didn't want to ship it back to angelcigs, because at least it worked, but I wanted one that didn't have a threading issue. In the end, I was able to work out a deal where Angelcigs sent me a second Lancia for $5. Not a bad compromise for a vendor of low-cost clones!

This is my new Lancia using the glass barrel (it comes with SS engraved, glass, and polycarbonate). I have a low resistance quad-coil build on it. This build is more intensely flavorful than anything I have ever vaped. It beats my authentic magma, by far. I don't actually use the magma anymore though, because the air holes are too small for my lung-hitting preferences. This has good airflow with the largest plugs. It chucks dense clouds.

I am using it on a steampunk mod, also from angelcigs. What a great deal!

A-mod ZNA 30 clone with a customized Kayfun up top. Works pretty damn well, but it'd be nice if it didn't shut off after 40 seconds and it sucks that the button doesn't fire from any angle you push it like the authentic ZNA. Still cool though, I've been using it a lot ever since I got it and batteries last a good while. Running it in 18490 mode now, had the 18650 tube on in this picture.

Here are a few more great fasttech-found clones. A Stillare v3 on a Cartel. Both are incredible! I am really loving this stillare. It is making ridiculous flavor and vapor with the three coils. I've got some strawberry juice in it called lola from e-cig outpost. It is making my want to pucker my lips the stawberries are so juicy. I had this juice in my mutation v2 before, but its stronger in the stillare, probably due to the third coil + lower resistance. It reminds me of my onslaught, but I like the way the deck is set up on this stillare a little bit better.
