so far so good. it's rather neat. little bit of getting used to. need to use index finger to trigger it. my middle finger wasn't getting it done. i use craw grip on mods. the hybrid cap/disk is little rough.

but the amazing thing is the origen. this put out much more flavor than magma. but build is little different. i had to go with dual vertical at .5 ohm. great flavor.

I just got my new Billow and A-mod SMPL from eciggity. This setup is awesome. The SMPL is now the smallest mod that I own. It is perfect for something like the Billow with full-size tank. This black version is really nice to hold. It is kind of a soft-touch feel, similar to what you would find on the dash panels at the interior of a nice German luxury car like a new BMW or Audi. And I totally love that the button says "A-Mod" on it instead of the Epic Design Studios logo.

yeah, the Origen looks pretty cool. Who makes the clone? Does it have more airflow than a Magma?

I have the black A-mod SPML as well. Love the rubberized feel. Not sure what Eciggity is charging. I picked mine up from bestpriceecig for $17.

Eciggity sells the A-Mod for $34.99. I got a 10% discount on both that and the Billow, but you definitely got a good deal. Speaking of deals, I took your suggestion about the Dimitri and sent a message to FT support. I got it, shipped, for $38.93. Thanks!

I keep looking at this clone atty called the Samurai on rbavapor.com. I have never heard of this either clone or authentic, except for a few brief videos that I found of people chucking massive clouds and one with a pinoy stating that the authentic rda is made in Philippines. I think I'm gonna get this clone just because the design of it appeals to me, but has anybody else heard of it?

Pictures are from the vendor, but it looks like this:
1294.jpeg

comes with 4 AFC rings, two top caps. has under the coil airflow like a freakshow, plus airflow openings in the AFC rings.

Thanks! I'm thinking about disassembling the copper one and doing a forced patina on it along with the copper Mephisto AFC ring.

I disassembled mine to clean it twice now. Be careful about the spring that is at the top against the switch lever. If you aren't careful, it might shoot across the room and be hard to find. It is easiest to take off the bottom and then only the single screw side of the top. Then remove just one of the wood pieces (the one that doesn't have the lever). Then remove the locking screw and get the spring out, before disassembling the rest.

Yep. Found that out the hard way with the brass one, lol. Getting the spring back in is a lot fun as well. I've got it pretty well mastered now though.

I have it down too. I usually squeeze it with one pair of coil tweezers and stick the tip of the tweezers where the spring is supposed to go... then I push it off the end of the tweezers with another pair of tweezers.

Here's something a "little" different...

IN'AX Nano clone - quality is actually very good. Threads are smooth and switch is nice. I actually can't build it until my 18350s show up. I also have a Nemesis hybrid top cap on the way for it. Hoping to rock a Praxis Derringer on this little guy.

Mine is in transit along with the nemesis adapter and a Rogue RDA. Thing is such a cool little out on the town pocket friendly mod! Can't wait to get mine! I also hear that the nano's atomizer is actually very, very good. People are taking them off and threading them into 18650 nemesis mods and using them as all day attys! I've seen some awesome cotton builds in them too... super simple to build and they give (by all accounts) a warm, condensed Hellfire RDA like vape. Best cloned hybrid out there.

It is definitely smaller than anything I have seen. You can't push those 18350 batteries quite as hard, though. I'm not sure I understand how the coils are secured. Who makes the clone?

Not sure who exactly makes the clone but from all who've recieved it it's said to be of very high quality. The build is almost identical to the IN'AX genesis atomizer. The positive pin is used to slip a ceramic straw wick over it (or cotton or stainless mesh)... The wire is secured to the positive pin via these little coiled wire retainer things and it's a slip/friction fit that holds the wire against the positive pin... The wire is wrapped around the wick/positive pin and grounded at the negative screw. An ingenious design.

Tres Evo Mod (idea from Third Vape Concept - Phillipines) topped off with a Custom Kayfun:

(I prefer to think of clones as ALMOST ORIGINALS, not clones.)

Mod has three airholes for battery venting opposite the insignia:

Kayfun Quartz tank seals well, notice how it magnifies the chimney to make it look like the chimney is taking up the whole tank when filled with E-Juice: (Which is great with all those new chimneys with emblems out.)

Comes in all different battery sizes:
