I know some countries have banned Pv s, But we haven t reached that point and dont know if we ever will. I used to think so but i realized it might just mean stricter guidelines and age regulation. All of these i Would be happy with. I believe we need to start looking at the postive post and the powerful advocates we have. the senator and doctors that are on our side. these are our friends in high places I know i have asked alot of questions on thif forum about a ban and in doing so i became paranoid to even using my pv. But I have thought that all this worry causes only panic and stress. So I will try to keep possitve attitude through all of this and focus on the fact that i am not on analogs. I think if we just do what the good Doc siegal said we will be better off and just market them as analogs. which can t have much marketing on TV anyway.

I think it is a foregone conclusion that there will be regulations. The only real question in my mind is what, if anything, is going to be banned while regulatory approvals are being sought.

I am a bit of a Pollyanna and I don't go around shouting about how the sky is falling, but I do think that we have some rough times ahead of us.

Personally, I have chosen to stock up on my necessaries in case they become more difficult to obtain. I am also working on letters to my representatives and senators.

And then I go about my life as usual.

Ditto. Yeah my credit card has taken an unexpected hit, but pending one more arrival, my security blanket is in place. Buying can go back to normal. I've already sent my letters. Always keep in mind being illegal or banned in regards to importing or selling is not always the same as being illegal to own and/or possess for personal use.

Yes, we are all hoping the FDA will not ban PV's in the US. Smokeless Delite is doing everything it can, and looking into every aspect of getting the cartridges FDA approved for sale in the US. Hopefully we can obtain this in the future, as well as all PV's stores!
