Glad to see its a VV that can take a beating, I hear to many stories about others and...well box mods will often just fall apart when they hit the ground, normally you can put them back together.

Also glad to see it is some kind of metal as well.

I thought only Volcano was going to say "Lava Tube" but it seems that the name has caught on for all Power VV's

Just want to post some measurements Neo at easyvap made with a multimeter on the voltage indicator at the tube. from now on I will just call it the tube. Dont want to get in trouble with volcano, but these are obviously really the same animal, Lavatube and VV power.

3.0 vs 3.0
4.0 vs 4.01
5.0 vs 5.09
6.0 vs 6.17

with battery 18650 1700 mAh
metered 3.74 v on Multímeter.

Not really 100% precise, but fair enough.

Another interesting thing Andrei at solovapor found out. There is a limiting of power, who works out not to be 2.5 amps, but 2.67 amps metered. But it doesn´t work as in others, turning the mod of. It is really a limiter. Meaning, once it gets to 2.67 amps, whatever you would rise the voltage to, it keeps delivering at just that 2.67 amps. So you could just put the selector at 6 volts, and it would deliver 2.67 amps on a lets say 1.5 Ohm LR atty.

It's safe, it's solid, it's in metal as we always said and the paint doesn't wear off, it's easy to use, it works fully (unless one considers that very slight voltage difference up some kind of problem). I'd like to know what its detractors will say now...

And I have to go and fill a new carto with Prime 15 for unfortunately it seems to be nearing its pleasant end very fast. That's the problem with X Power cartos at times (they told me they were working on new, much improved cartos to replace the outdated ones, let's see if it's true) when coupled with such an unfortunately volatile liquid as the Prime 15. And yes, this had nothing to do with the rest... :)

Oh, and I've been told (not by Yovapeo yet) they will send the devices today by Nacex, meaning I should be getting mine next monday.

Jeez, December? Alright, since I live just a few minutes away from a Nacex outpost, maybe I'll be able to go there tomorrow morning and get mine... :)

EDIT: Unfortunately, I just went the Nacex site and one can indeed go pick an item but that is from monday to friday. :(
