Pre-filled cart flavor different from juice at same vendor??

Has anyone else experienced this? The same flavor from the same vendor in pre-filled cart form and juice form... having dramatically different flavor?

I have been really enjoying the "Camel" carts offered at e-smokeytreats for a nice, rich flavor that is fairly close to tobacco. So I decided to order up some bottles of juice in the same flavor, and they taste almost nothing alike! I'm pretty disappointed actually... I really love the cart flavor.

Is this fairly common? Should I be expecting this anytime I go to a bottle?

Short answer? Yes. It's gonna be different in the bottles. Different manufacturers between juice in carts as the juice in bottles in most cases.
