we can keep track of those in here and handle it just like birthday threads - anybody is welcome to start those for their friends ....

Yeah, three and four years is a big deal, and right now it's a small group, but that changes starting this fall...

I'm not sure that it needs to be formalized. separate from pre-vets at minimum. But it takes a lot of work by Whiskey and Tibs to track PVT, and i dunno how easy it'd be to find someone to organize another level.

ETA, i agree with Tibs. Treating it like birthdays makes the most sense-

Seriously though, I agree with everybody. Keep it simple. Maybe we shouldn't be in business of doing 2, 3 and 4-year vets at all?

Atty, you made some very good points. We tend to pick our friends, people we know and like, ignoring the others. It is understandable, but it doesn't make it right. And there's no way to track everybody.

seriously though - changing the list already might hurt some feelings. remember, loxy stopped by and asked for a thread and theme? for all we know, he might check the list on his occasional flybys.
kent might have seen it and wonder why he got thrown off. none would say a word, i'm sure ........
imo, we should phase it out after june. if we get a request, or we want to do it for somebody we know - just like we do bd threads - i think those should go under catt's spreadsheets. there are so many threads to watch now and being whis made that thread mentioned above a closed one i can't get it on ''my posts'' to make sure i don't forget.

btw i'm on the war path here - don't think i'll be back tonight, lol! might even skip cooking supper .........

Make a line on the list Tibs stating we are keeping those elsewhere...you pick how its worded and put it in the bottom part of the list.

I am gonna keep the new thread where it is for now. Until we decide what to do.
