thank you, whis! if it's ok with everybody i would like to pm joker as to the sandbox. i think there editing privileges shouldn't raise any concerns and that subforum gets very little activity and does not get cluttered.

if whis and don agree, i would keep this thread as our workshop. i'm amazed how courteous people are on the bwb forum, nobody busted in on us with silly remarks. the few posts we got from members outside our committee were well thought out and helpful to our discussion.

I'd like to take a moment and thank all at BWB for hosting this thread and being so courteous about it. I know it was a scramble to find a new spot for it.

That said, I'd like this thread, as well as the list, in a location that is not vendor specific and where it is a long term solution in a "neutral" corner.

I see the sandbox as a temporary work area...at least in its intent. So... another area is my preference.

Let J0ker do his thing you guys...see what he comes up with...you heard him, it will take until maybe after the holiday...right now in sandbox seems to be okay....as for the work shop being here, Atty ....why would we have to move it?? its just our work shop...nothing is pressing us to move that unless you have some reason for not liking it here.

Besides, you said you were quitting. If you don't quit now, you could later. Having it tied to "your (Don's) area" puts us in a scramble if it changes in the future. That was also true when jj quit maintaining the list. So... the long term solution is a "neutral" area, not owned by one of us.

I don't want to own it either. If I get run over by an e-juice truck, and my account is deactivated... same issue. So....we need an area assigned to it that is not person-specific.

true - but i don't see ecf opening a subforum for us just to provide us with a convenient working spot. i might be wrong but don't think so .....

atty, our ''quitting'' was not a desertion of pvt - it was a giving up of carrying all the responsibilities with hosting and updating the list. we said repeatedly we would still be a part of pvt ..... but not under the pressure of keeping everything going

I'm making a "general point" not accusations. Nor am I saying you can't/won't contribute to PVT or party in the future or anything.

And it's the maintaining of the list, and this thread, that I'm addressing. Not PVT participation for everyone in general.
