I moved every 2 years...Typing 1 in High School...I was lost ! Seems everyone else had begining typing in Jr. High ! Had to drop that class !! Jeezzz they were all typing 75 wpm + and I was looking for the keys !

Bought a Gregg book and a ream of paper....taught myself !!

Way to overcome!!!!!

Thing is...shame on the teacher for not catching it !!! My mom caught it....when we argued about letters on the keys.....and that we shouldn't be doing business letters yet !

Tibs, have you considered those "typing tutors' thingies? They are really nice and have all the drills required. I got one years ago for my kids, I may still have that disk somewhere... Would you be interested? If I can find it, that is. LMK

Tibs.... They probably have some freeware typing tutors out there if you really care about it. OTOH... plenty of people do the finger hunt-n-peck thing and do fine that way. It's doesn't really matter, except for what you care about. You sure as heck do great here.

Tibs... get software that is trusted (name brand boxed, or from Kat, or freeware from a trusted site that checks for viruses).
