I grew up in a household that was bilingual. Sort of. My parent used to argue in Italian.
These days I have to be careful not to say too much to a native Italian because my entire lexicon of Italian was gleaned from arguments.
I can express almost anything. But it's likely to get me arrested or assaulted.
I thought that y'all were typing in French? are you switching to Italian now?

I don't think there should be a problem with wine, Chris, it's not an illegal drug.
Cindy, did you ever hear of the racing announcer and analyst Alan Bestwick ??
He was an announcer for the Speed network. He is from Rhode Island and his dad is a ham and a friend of mine. When the word got out that Alan Bestwick's father was on the radio, a lot of guys from the south came on our frequency, just to meet him. I told him afterwards, that I felt like one of his groupies. 
It was funny and I think Alan (the dad is also named Alan), was a bit embarrassed. I haven't talked to him in a few years, I think he retired and moved to Florida. I haven't been on the radio in over a year, this forum and the All About are so much better than hanging out with a group of old guys on the radio.
