Yes, I know it well, lol. I wave to it as I pass on my way to the bakery section of the grocery store. I just didn't recognize it by its code-name.

I would so go with the bacon myself....I was told to watch my cholesterol because it is 10 points to high its been 10 points to high for 8 years I think that dang chart is wrong either that or I am just abnormal

There's a lot of debate on the whole thing C.F. However, I try to keep it withing reason.... skim milk, olive/canola oils... margarine, using butter in moderation, cut out egg yolks where I can... that kind of thing.

Quitting smoking is supposed to help too.......

Plus, they keep lowering the threshold for what they consider a "good" number. If you're trending ten points above that as it keeps dropping, you're doing better than most people.

I am bread snobbish, lol. But it's been too, too hot to make any lately, so I'm stuck with what I can find in these parts. Which ain't much, unfortunately!

You make your own bread?? I'm impressed . I love good, homemade bread but I'm far too lazy to go to the effort! That, and I don't know how...

Been to hot here as well why I love the winter Love making my own breads, cookies, cakes, etc. However, I am lucky at my job they bake fresh bread every morning so when I want a loaf I just put in an order and pop in and pick up a loaf in the morning.

I have been known to make bread. I don't do it often and only in the winter months; it is labor intensive and time consuming and I am trying to simplify my life. Actually, I'm just lazy.

We usually get reasonable quality Whole Wheat fluff....occasionally a store bakery loaf, or make it (bread machines are a good cheat tgcrna).

FYI: You can buy frozen, ready-made bread dough at the grocery store. Just pop a loaf in pan, cover with a damp cloth and let thaw and rise. Pop in oven, easy-peasy.
