before we forget again - we need to set a deadline for starting threads so we don't jump the gun like today ....

i think 4pm the day before should work. that would allow time to find a replacement and transfer if the original author should be unavailable .....

Either the thread starters are contacted or they contact one of us; just have a standard set of instructions/suggestions to send them during contacts.

i.e. when to start thread, suggestions for how to start/ what to say in thread intro, etc
