so i've heard.

maybe i will save my money after all.... i'd love a reo mini...

do you know what the deal is with availability? it seems like almost every if not every model on their site is always out of stock...

how often do they make new models ore replenish their current stock? any idea?

Actually there is a big sale this Saturday on the reos. The creator just finished a big lot of them. They go REALLY fast though. Both of mine have come from the classsifieds almost brand new. I saved a little bity of money and got batteries included. And the creator (RedEyeDancer on ECF) stands behind his product no matter where you got it. He's great. Good luck man.

I've been posting furiously since last night when I found this thread, lol. Looks like I'm around 47 now. I was at like 22 last night. I'll get there, no worries. I'm kinda feeling like an Air Force theme could be really cool. I hit 6 years active duty in October. I'll just pretend it's in September, lol. Thanks.

It honestly seems to depend on how many he makes and how many special requests he gets. He also mentions problems with his anodizers for the metal ones sometimes. There's a whole sub forum for the Reos. There's a sticky that's just for updates about the status of sales. I've seen a lot of 2 week old Reos for sale on the classies though. Just keep watching, you'd be surprised how good a deal you can get there. Just sayin.

They do. I bought my first Grand within two hours of the original for sale post, lol. I couldn't pass it up once I decided I had to have one. I'm SO glad I did though. It really is worth every penny. But don't take my word for it, check out the Reo forum. There's a VERY strong following. Some of the people ther have 15 or more Reos only. You'll see. Don't say I didn't warn you though.

Well the Grand runs 18650 batteries and the Mini runs 14500 batts. So you needs batteries and a charger, plus 510 atties or cartomizers and juice. That's really it. But pretty much any box mod, you need the same thing. So honestly, there's not much difference as far as accessories go. You'll have to buy them anyways.

That's kinda why I'd lean more towards the classies. People sometimes sell batteries/chargers with them for less than the price of a new reo by itself.

Welcome to the ECF Pre-Vet thread!

A Pre-Vet is an ECF member that is about to have their status "Turn" to ECF-Veteran on or about the anniversary of their ECF sign up. You also need anywhere from 70 and 75 post.

This thread is where you can hang out (courtesy of Whiskey creating this thread) and celebrate becoming an ECF-Veteran with other ECF members. You have the option (but not the obligation) to have an Avatar Theme Celebration on your turning day. You select a theme, and many of the group here will help celebrate by changing their avatars. Kind of an avatar costume party. You'll also get a bunch of congrats and a welcome thread created in a sub-forum for vets that pre-vets can't even see yet. If you want to have an avatar theme, start thinking about it!

We will not turn away last minute request, but please try to give us enough advanced notice so we can dig something up for pics. Two weeks prior to your turning date would be awesome.
We try to limit scheduling to the current and the following month.

If you are a pre-veteran and want a welcome thread in the Veteran's Forum and or an avatar theme for your turning day please do the following: Post in this thread and PM me your request.

This thread moves fast so as a final safeguard double check the list that is posted here several times a day sometime before your turning day.
