Party reports ceiling in apt is leaking and maintenance refuses to fix.

I was reading about some fatalities a bit ago. So sad but a couple was just people putting themselves in harms way and harm won. Still sad though.

I'm just outside of Philly, there's tornado warnings for the area. Sounds like the winds are picking up again. They're predicting 7ft OVER flood stage for local creek. We should be fine even with that; water should only get to a 150 - 200ft from the house

Lights flickering again. But I have the generator all gassed up and ready to go.....so therefore we will not lose electricity....maybe....hopefully

We got a little one--big enough to run the furnace, refrig, TV, and a few lights. It's comforting knowing it's there!
