Nope. But LR ones are notorious for not lasting. Do you know the ohms of what you use? Also, when they die, how do they die? Quit working (no heat) or just gunk up beyond use?

All of the above...Honestly ohms, I am not sure....Sorry but TW does not label them...I suppose I could check & see what the site says they are.

You probably won't get enough hit on a 3.0 ohm atty even at 3.7 but some like them..... You might want to sample different ohm stuff like 2.5, 2.0 too. Go with the highest that works for you to get max longevity.

Are Cignot's 2.5? VK says their Joyes are 2.2.

I suppose they could rust if water/humidity was in there... that's why most have primer and are shipped in a sealed plastic sleeve.

My first batch is dying slowly. I find I just can't glow the whole thing dry burning anymore. I lost my first atty yesterday, no heat at all. DEAD, used it since June.

OK. So 5.5 watts. Not bad.

They should last longer than 6 days. Do you blow them out twice per day and rinse them out with water or ISO if they gunk up? <Why that's a loaded question Atty... Of course I do!!!!> OK, so maybe you go a bad batch.... maybe the VK ones will be fine. Do they vape OK for you?

I just blow them out when they act gummed up....I don't wash & soak ...I toss them LOL...

I don't know what that means since you said "batch" so if you are rotating 3 atties during that 4 months of use... I'd say that's within expectations. Some sites (that sell atties) say change them every 2 weeks. I say.. change them when they need changing. My (usually working) atties are put in the "spare/emergency atty bin" after a month of no-rotation vaping at 5 volts.

Clean them. Avoid dry burns unless absolutely required as I believe it is hard on the coil and is intended as a resurrection method for an otherwise dead atty.

If that's what you are doing... you may only get 6 days. Some juices will gunk up an atty faster than.... well... you know. Dark juices in particular. Rinsing them in the sink with hottest tap water and blowing them out well does wonders. You can soak them in hot water too. Juices with possible sugars.. even in small amounts... will kill it fast.

I used to do that, but one time I did like 5 or 6 of them & let them completely dry & they all never worked again...so I shy away from water & rinsing...

I got 4 in June, been rotating them everyday. One is completely dead, the rest, only parts of them glow. I use them until they're dead. The not so good working ones I use on TastyVapor "tobacco" juice coz I hear it kills attys. The better ones I use for other juice. These first 4 have been through all kinds of juice though, my trial period.

I batt dry them after soak/rinse. Only when I smell burning ash do I completely dry burn.

I got the stainless in the bulk section...may have been 2.2 on there , your probably right....

Yep, other than the 1.5 ohm LRs, the black and silver ones are both 2.2. I used to think Joye SRs were 2.5, but depends now.

You can try cleaning one at a time. If it goes, it goes. You'd have tossed them out anyway.
