Great minds, GoV... and ours too!

In Musicals the actual characters sing, not a background.

Agree to disagree... but definitely not a musical. None of the characters break into song in Dirty Dancing. They break into dancing.![]()
Atty...the atomizers rock so far![]()
And now, on with the show.....
Fine, I'll give you that one.
Phantom of the Opera, definitely musical. Yes?! I hope.. The Music of the Night has haunted me since Micheal Crawford and Sarah Brightman.
The characters that play Dexter and Debra are perfectly cast. Did you know that they are actually married in real life, even though they are brother and sister in the show?! Kinda weird there.
Debra cracks us up with her gutter mouth expressions and Dexter with his cool and calm portrayal of a serial killer with a conscience is just amazing. Not quite sure where this season is going yet though..
Or at least go back three generations for remakes and alter them some so they seem new.![]()

Song and dance go hand in hand like words and music. "Words and music", whoa whoa tender years, won't you wash away my tears? Tricky, lost.
Yes, a to d, still amount of music for me and whether music takes center stage or is only background.![]()
I've met the real thing so have had no interest in Dexter. I like to watch NCIS and such because I like to pick apart all the mistakes. lol
The General, The Tramp? Didn't they do that with The Tramp?

Oooooooh cooooool! Were you a detective or sumpin?
Geeeez, that sounds soooo familiar. Can't place it! Oh I hate that!![]()
Big Andrew Lloyd Webber fan here. Glad you picked the Crawford/Brightman version, the original. Crawford kicked .... with his Music of the Night.
