Fran, have you Googled Belkin router setup?

I get lots of hits that discuss passwords, how to's, troubleshooting depending which OS, etc...maybe something would help you there. You would recognize what you are looking for help with. I won't. I have a Linksys and an older one at that...

I did see a lot of help and support pages - providing your internet holds up, it would be worth your while to look and see - your answer may be right there. Especially on the Belkin home site pages...
