Have you tried the roll method? Lay a flat cloth on a hard surface, lay the battery down and while push down hard, roll it. It'll push some of those protection circuits and their protruding strips down flat.

The roll method worked. The battery is still tighter fitting than the others, but I feel like it can safely be used now without forcing it or anything like that. Thanks for the tip David.

They are back in business? I wanted to order from them a few times, and everytime I checked, they were not filling orders because of a fire.

I ordered form Deal Extreeme, and they shipped my order on 4/1, STILL haven't received it. :(

Thanks, as suggested by others as well, I did order 4 of these from battery junction and they shipped the same day, hope to get them by end of week.

I had a couple that were really tight. After a few ins and outs one of them got a nic in the outer heatshrink. Not good = on all the time.....

Just be careful and take a look at the jackets on the tight ones every now and then....

I have one battery with the same issue.

It's a little aggravating to own such a nicely made mod, only to run into issues with the not-so-nicely made batteries.

They are based in Hong Kong so shipping is about 2 to 4 weeks.
