Final version ended up being 83mm long x 11.9 mm at its narrowest and stepping up to 12.2 mm on the ends.

Don't know about the batts yet.. Hopefully soon though...

My mom was getting about 1.5 to 2 hours from a 10440, others have posted similar results with their 10440 mods. As most Super T owners have posted about the Super Six, they are surprised at how small it is when they get it. The Precise is no exception, it's not the shortest 10440 mod out there, but i do believe it to be the thinnest. It's small indeed.
