prefilled cartos taste funny.

anybody ever notice this? it's almost like they don't taste as clean. when I was a kid I used to chew on pencil erasers as a nervous habit, and prefilled cartos taste exactly like that! anybody else think this? I notice this a lot less with 0 nic cartos too.

Hmm... pencil erasers? Can't say as I've noticed, but everyone's taste is different and the brain associates certain flavors with all sorts of strange stuff. Could be, because you're quite familiar with the taste, the nic tastes like it to you? I do notice that I notice a difference in pre-fills after they've been topped up. Maybe it's because it's more 'juicy'.

Sqirl sir all depends on the flavor if the carto... Smilin premium cartos and juice don't taste that different imo, nuport wow juice is better, wowboy peppermint cartos slightly better... But taste is in the tongue of the beholder...

nuport is the one I noticed it with especially, the prefilled and the juice taste totally different

Prefilled cartos always tasted like plastic to me, no matter what flavor.

Ditto to this. If anything, I find I prefer the flavor of the prefilled carto, at least until my juice has steeped a bit. And I agree with Mook that the very best carto is a "juicy" one -- I sometimes "top off" a prefilled carto with a tiny bit more of the matching juice before vaping it!

I love the prefilled but what I noticed is more a difference between Premium and Wow for some flavors. ex. I LOVE Premium Smilin but don't care for the WOW version. I have also ordered some flavors I just don't care for... I usually try them at least two different days before I give up - but then either swap or PIF what doesn't suit me.
