Hi friends,
This is exactly why I hate so much the preorder system!!!
This is one good reason I don’t like this system.
And I don’t mean with this that is Imeos fault, but you can never know what will happens,
the machines, the production e.t.c. and now I try to explain you:
Imeo comes out with a little announcement that the preorders will come a little bit later maybe 20 days or 1 month the customers read that and he is ok.
But the shop is absulutly not ok because from now on it will receive every day hundreds of e-mails from his customers like: hey what’s going on with my preorder? Are they ready?
Because the most of customers are not members in the ECF to see Imeos announcements.
Then you have to answer every single mail and explain.
After that you will receive the next mail and the customers will ask you how much time do you need and maybe if he can add other items too.
And this is the moment the disaster begins for the shop!!!
I hope you understand what I mean.
Now my way: I will wait a little bit longer Imeo will finish the items, I will order them, inform you 1-2 days before I stock them in my online shop and all is ok
I write this comments only to show the customers what can happens because in the last month I received a lot of mails why I don’t make preorders.
I know with this way i will lose some customers who wants the preorders but i win the trust of my customers because when i say tomorrow the items will be online, the items will be online for sure !!!

Vassili describes an argument from a seller and shop owners point of view, what I can very well understand,
because I run an online store myself.
The main message here is that most customers are not ECF members or don't visit the ECF regularly.
I prefer Preorders too, but:
1. Do I trust Imeo already unconditionally. >>> New GG customers maybe not!
2. I check regularly ECF and read all the news. >>> Most customers do not!
3. Do I already have 6 fully functional GG devices and may sit out any delay in Preorders patiently >>> New GG Customers not!
4. I know that I fastest find or receive answers about GG on ECF! >>> Most customers do not!
To provide a good service as Vassili it does, inclusive fast respond by e-mail to each customer request is really a hard and time consuming Job.
Just the fact that you had to reply customers not as a friend or buddy, like "Yes" ... "No" ... "Lol", etc. but in full sentences.
Anyway Vassili, just in case you would do another Pre-order in future, than maybe you can reduce the number of requests
when you publish the announcements about any delay also in the store.

Right Vassili! ... I know it is normal.
And of course, we have chosen this job.
My personal trouble is also that I am perfectionist which in many ways is costing me lots of efficiency.
Even when responding to customer e-mails.

I dont want a clone, but would be happy with the GG penelope made in Timbuktu, when its exactly the same thing in all aspects (material etc.) and your quality control says its ok.

I suppose outsourcing is an option, but here's my experiences and preferences:
There has literally *never* been a vape item I couldn't obtain if I chose to get it. This includes the many GG items I have bought and all were bought new. Some have required patience, no doubt.
Personally I tend to support businesses and economies which resemble my own and feel better when I think a larger portion of my dollar goes to support and reward people, their employees and families near where they are produced. When I choose to give a dollar to Timbuktu I think it's better to give to charity and expect nothing in return.

Hi Imeo, if i remember correctly when preorders finished in spain store (1st March) the delivery date was to be 10th April, then you said a 15 - 20 day delay. That meant 25th - 30th April !! now you are saying 20th of May !!!! If that date is correct then the delay from the original delivery date is in fact 40 days ?? thats a very long delay !

We knew that preorder will be longer that prevent . The choice is f 5 or paid for wait 1 or 2 month or more , no importance , for have all we wish since longtime in our letter box without f 5 and stress !! I think that it is a big deal ?
Not one as Imeo in modder make all ours caprice that we wish ....It is necessary to permit him to work quiet ...
After the end of David of Super T , he is the alone great modder as him !
