Oh man, napkins/paper towels. I don't generally take anything but my mod with me, but I ALWAYS have a piece of paper towel with me.

We have kids.. So there are NEVER a shortage of paper towels and napkins in our cars. I am now used to having a napkin or 2 in my pockets at all times. We are that family that takes a few dozen napkins from any place we eat.

Talk about prepared. I pop out these days with an AL85 and BBB on top. Only prep is filling the tank if necessary, or replacing the battery if it's less than half full. Otherwise that's fine for a day, even getting home late. I guess I don't vape as much as I thought.

Actually I think I do vape a lot less when out than at home. Given limitations on where you can cannot vape, that caps how much I'll run through.

Travel is obviously different prep and collection.

Yep, took a while to dial it in, but once I settled on a good build for a single 18650, the squonk pins went in, and the dual mods and bottles went out. I found once I really honed in on my vape style, my priorities quickly shifted to size and weight reduction. It's liberating to have a full day's vape in your shirt pocket.

If I travel overseas it's, 4 batteries, 2x hardware, kanthal, cotton, scissors, juice, lbs and a little 2.5 bit for coils.

If I'm in the country only 1 working setup.
I went through the phase of everything and his wife but I can't be bothered any more.

I’m retired, so I’m not usually out of the house longer than 4-5 hours, or however long it tales to go play a round of golf and return. When I go, I take 1 Mechanical squonker, with a full bottle and battery installed.
If I’m traveling out of town to visit my daughter’s family and my grand kids, or wherever, and I’m going to be gone a week or so, I’ll take 2-3 mods, a couple spare batteries, charger, enough juice to last me, and a little wicking cotton. That’s about it. When I first started, I used to take a whole camera bag full of stuff; wire, coil wrapping tools, all kinds of stuff, that I eventually found I never needed. As I became more confident in my set ups, I decided I needed a lot less stuff.

Is this for most of the day, or for a vacation? I'm seeing bottles of juice, cotton, q tips, coils, scissors, duffel bags, batteries, etc...surely for an average day, 2 mods filled up with fresh batteries should do it.....

If I'm running out and about, I carry 3 mods, all full and charged.
Now, work or anywhere else I expect to be gone for hours:
6 Mods, full and charged, 1 60ml bottle eliquid of each flavor I have in the mods (4 bottles - one is unflavored), at least 3 coils for each type of tank I have (2 different tanks), a microfiber towel , 2 charged batteries in a battery keeper and a battery backup charger with cable.

And 2 each 24 oz coffees......

Good thing I leave my rebuildables at home....

2 bottles of juice, a small bag of rayon, foldable scissors, my main device setup (Vapor Shark DNA 250), and my mech. If I run out of power on both, my Vapor Shark gets plugged into the truck to charge.

When I first started rebuilding, I started carrying rebuilding supplies. That lasted a few days. When away from home, there's always too much else going on to bother with that.

If I'm going to be away all day, I take at least 2, preferrably 3 set-ups that are similar enough to be interchangeable. So, all 3 mods will take the same battery and work with the same toppers.

If gone for more than a day, I still don't take rebuilding supplies. I just take more toppers already built and ready to go. Either that or some of the more old-style set-ups for backup.
I have a makeup bag in my purse that has everything I need for vaping!! Side note: I also have a little container that has bandaids, motrin, boo-boo cream,Benadryl, and alcohol wipes.:) I'm a mom, what can I say!:D

Out for the night or part day:
Nautilus 2 on one of my single battery mods. 15ml spare juice bottle.

Out for the full day:
Nautilus 2 on one of my 2 battery mods. 15 ml spare juice bottle.

Out for multiple days - ie - business trip or vacation- up to a week:
Nautilus 2
2 battery mod
1 battery mod
4 18650's
charger
1 extra coil for Nautilus
small bag of cotton balls
spool of kanthal
building tool kit (nail clippers, screw driver, etc).
rba
60mls of 3mg juice (for the dripper)
30mls of 12mg juice (for the Nautilus)

Whenever I go on a trip I always roll my batteries up in a sock so they can't touch each other. Everything else gets shoved into a Pelican box . .except what's in my pocket.

So if I'm going out for several hours I'll bring my spare batts, two or three bottles of juice (120mls) as I don't know which flavors I might want, and my spare coils. I'll also brig along my qtips in my handy dandy little gum cup. Tip: Gum cup can hold all kinds of little doodads. :p

I carried more when I started vaping than I do now. I keep my 10-15ml refill bottles of juice in my purse anyway, which is hung up high away from kid hands. Usually 3ish flavors in rotation at a time. I have a little tin tucked in my purse for an emergency wicking kit, folding scissors and wick. I haven’t used it in so long it still has cotton in there and I switched to rayon months ago. I keep my Megavolt in a side pocket too so I have a backup. And a spare battery in a box. Good to go.

Its amazing how the longer you vape, the less you need to take with you. That's one of the wonderful things about vaping, it becomes a choice rather than a dependency the way cigarettes were. During my first two or three years, I had to have 2 mods, batteries and juice with me everywhere. Now I'm taking a mod and some juice and rarely use it when I am out and about (car not included) or just don't take it all. FYI, having a motorcycle or a scooter as your main transportation really helps with cutting down on mindless chain vaping. Now I just do mindless chain vaping at home. I need to slow down on that. My psychiatrist says I have an oral fixation stemming from childhood. It's not a weird breast feeding thing, my mom wouldn't do that. She was a Playboy Bunny in the 60's and said she couldn't risk them. She used to fill my bottle with turkey gravy because it was the only thing that would keep me quiet and make me fall asleep. Now I see a drip tip and think I'm getting gravy. That was before we knew of the dangers of putting gravy in baby bottles.

For a short day trip I usually just leave the house fully charged and loaded. For an extended stay I got my 4pd "go bag" that has everything to include a enough stuff to build a EVD (emergency vaping device) and should I forget my wife has it on her check list, she won't travel with me without it.
