I've been trying to get my sister to start vaping ever since September and she just always blew me off like it was too weird for her.

I left my e-cig at her house on accident the weekend before last (don't worry, I had backups with me). I found out Chirstmas night that she had been using it until the battery died. I got all excited, filled up a small bottle of juice for her and even left my pcc with her. She can have it all plus an extra battery and atty if she continues to vape instead of smoke!!!

Edit: I had to specify the battery died and not the atty.

I had a friend of mine borrow one from me when we went to the bar the other night (he's hooked on mist stix peanut butter) and I'm still waiting to get it back. Even worse...I usually carry two full ecigs (510's) and that was my second one. I realized after i got to work today that I left my backpack (small purse sized one) at home next to my cell phone. Thankfully enough I charged my pcc last night for some reason and grabbed it with a spare battery in it...otherwise i'd have been a cranky girl. I also grabbed the new eliquid i got over the weekend..talk about lucky...

I tell you what...I am tempted to buy a lot of them and then just sell them to my family members and close friends. Everyone that seems interested puts off ordering it. I don't know if they don't want to wait until it comes in or if it's just too much of a hassle for them to go online and order it but a lot of people would have already made the switch if I would have had extras on hand to sell them. Especially when they find out it's cheaper and better.

If you're interested in doing that, I do know that you can get those no-box 510 kits for $35 at Cignot. I'd say that's definitely within resale/gift range for someone just trying to spread the word. I was tempted to buy one or two as Christmas gifts for smoking friends myself. Was ultimately limited by my own money issues, but still, I think it's a great idea.

The chargers are a problem for me. When I get new attys, I kinda get the feeling that my older ones suck now that I got the new ones. I always think about giving my old one's to my smoker buddys, but without a charger its irrelevant.

My girlfriend doesn't seem to care much for vaping. She...kinda...wants to quit, but doesn't have any plans. But when shes out of analogs, or when were in a resterant or a theater, she always hits it. Shes developed a liking for RY4, and the Nhaler lung juice blueberry-vanilla I made (which I recommend). I'll learn her one day.

I have a few friends who want to quit, but I offer them a PV and they would rather just quit. I tell them that unfortunatly they will fail without one, but they might learn.

And this buddy of mine loves to use...mine...but will not order one. But he has it half the time when I'm around him.

People fear commitment, as well as the unknown.

I won over one of our patients about a month ago. We got on my computer at work, looked at the classifieds and ordered some supplies right away. I paid for it all online and she wrote me a check to cover it. Would you believe she hasn't come by to pick up her stuff yet? I called and left a message on her cell when it all came in but haven't heard a word from her. Man, when I started I couldn't WAIT for the mail to get here. I better try to call her again tomorrow.

That's great Prehoda! I know that makes you feel great!

It does! And my sister in law informed me on New Years Eve that she was going to get one along with some friends at work but the ones they were looking at were $70.00. I know it will pay for itself but, just like them, when I first started I was afraid to make a purchase of that amount if it didn't end up working for me. I wish I would have jumped on the $9.99 disposables. Last time I checked, they were up to $13.99. Still cheap but once you add in two semi-permanent rechargable batteries, it's better to get the no box kit although last time I looked, they were sold out as well. :( Looks like I missed the boat. Dang it, I spent all of my money on Christmas presents!

Near a beach in a desert.
I actually bought friends and family start kits for Christmas. Those that got them have been smoke from since! It is awesome. None of them suspected a thing. I had told them about my not smoking since July(which they thought I was lying because they know how much I enjoyed it) and started vaping instead, but would need some time to see if it would actually keep me from smoking real cigarettes. Well it worked for me. Smoke free since July of 09! Yeah me!

Because it worked for me, I figured I would give starter kits to friends and family that smoked. Wow...I had no clue it would work so well. All of them have stopped smoking and are now vaping. Which is so very cool! My one brother is constantly thanking me for the best Christmas gift he has ever gotten. His kids say he no longer smells of icky smoke and his wife says she no longer minds kissing him...especially after he has vaped a fruity juice e-liquid. :)

I swear I am going to go on a campaign to spread the word about vaping. More people need to learn about them. Think of the number of lives it could save and the money people could save from health issues because of these things! :w00t:
