Here's a pic of the Woodvil from the sellers post. Anyone know what wood this is? It's stunning and understated at the same time. The more I look at it the more I love it!

I'm almost certain that is my old Bubinga mod that I sold in the classifieds back in July 2012. I looked back at pictures of my Bubinga and it has that same dark stripe of wood running at a slight angle down the door right to the right of the juice hole. 95% sure anyway...

I looked at the pic in the classy's after you posted this. That pic showed the color and the grain much better. I would agree that it looks to be the same REO.
The red tint on the pic that was posted here threw me off. It sure looks more like a Bubinga grain.
I also think I could track the sales from you to a seller and then to this sale.

I treated that VVW to a bath in coffee grounds (in a stocking, of course) for about two weeks to remove wood smell and also bought and applied Howard's Feed N Wax to the inside numerous times. I treated her like a child.
Here's my new baby! VV Woodvil! I was so excited I had to inbox it at the post office and snap a pic. This brings my REO family to VV Woodvil 2-VV Grands, a regular Grand and a mini 18490!

why thank you, thank you very much, lol i enjoy having fun and being goofy and silly, and quick wits, well its a side effect of being quizzed by 2 and 3 star generals who ask you questions that everyone in the room knows that they know the answer to, or at least think they do...
yes my proudest moment was being called on something by the deputy commanding general and when i corrected him, extensively, countered his every point and he looked at me and said well Specialist, I was mistaken, thank you for correcting me, and sticking to your guns. Took every bit of my composure to keep my jaw from hitting the floor...
A friend of mine once challenged me to a battle of wits, i immediately fell to the ground in a fit of hysterical laughter. very angrily he asked me what was so damn funny, after i was able to stop laughing, catch my breath, wipe the tears away and stand up; i looked him in the eyes and said my friend in a battle of wits you are unarmed, and me... well lets just say its really REALLLLLLLLY not a fair fight. and then returned to a not as hysterical laughing fit as i walked away
