Price mark ups in Classifieds

I feel it is time to start a voting poll among forum members to vote for a not for profit rule on the Classifieds here on ECF

it is the same thing over and over , a bunch of the same members constantly buying and selling items for large profit , just to make profit , many forums have rules about this and ECF should consider this as we are supposed to be a community helping out our fellow ecig users not fleecing them for a buck .

can someone set this up ??
