I haven't ordered this one because banana is not my thing. Reading through this thread, though, I just have to add a thought for those of you who are upset with the price increase on short runs. When I first started vaping, I wasted literally hundreds of dollars on juice that was really horrible. So now, I am thrilled to have found a vendor that I feel confident about buying from, knowing that to date, I have not made a purchase I didn't like. Like many of you, I have to be careful about how I spend my money, so if I can't afford it, I don't order it...but I am happy to pay a few dollars more for something I know won't disappoint.
Also remember that if you buy something from NT that you don't like, there will never be a shortage of people willing to buy it off the classifieds once the flavor is gone from the website.

It is what it is... I don't think anyone is really complaining - everyone here is on the same team. I think the residual concern is that some people might not buy this short-run or that due in part to the cost... and... we have to be okay with that. The vendors who are NOT making investments to position themselves for the long-term will continue to sling liquid for 40c/ml or less - the consumers whom are focused exclusively on price will support them. When the .... hits the fan the vendor they have been supporting will almost certainly not exist, but at least said vendor managed to milk the market for all it was worth while they could, right?

I've been droning on it for months... every purchase is a "vote." If I were a conscious consumer, I would be making my purchases wisely... the vendors you support will persist, the vendors you dump will cease to exist. I would make an assessment before every purchase. Certainly price is a consideration... but perhaps more importantly... do you think that vendor (the same vendor you are about to make an investment in) is going to make it after the regs drop? I can say with some confidence, we will. A share of Berkshire Hathaway stock is $190,379.00... but... it's a solid investment. If you don't choose Nicoticket, choose wisely... the least expensive option isn't always what's "best" in the long term. Penny stocks are penny stocks for a reason. An investment in Nicoticket now will continue to pay dividends for your natural life... I think that's worth it, or maybe it's not? Either way, people will choose.

Kent,

What I'd hope from Nicoticket is that if there's going to be a significant hike in price, you'd give us 2 weeks notice of it. That way all the people who want to stock up on their favorites can. When I started to see you hint of changes, I ordered pretty much every flavor I haven't tried in 15ml bottles. Over the next week or so I plan to try them all. This would just give me a head start on saying "I gotta have a ton of this" or "I can live with this in small quantities".

I realize if there's any sort of legal agreement being entered into this might not be possible, but if it is, it would be greatly appreciated.

Absolutely, that's only fair! (I think) ...this is "that notice." Prices are definitely going to go up in the next 60-90 days.

I'll continue to purchase the e-liquids that are my staples, pretty much whatever the cost. After all, I continued to buy cigarettes as the price spiraled from the 29 cents a pack that they were when I started smoking in 1961 to the $7.29 a pack that they were when I finally walked away from them in 2012. And if the cost is high I'm certainly not going to vape crap. I will follow Nicoticket into the abyss.

After finally jumping into vaping with both feet, and completely giving up smokes, I was on a serious liquid buying frenzy. I easily spent a couple hundred dollars within a month or so, just trying to find flavors that would keep me interested and away form smoking.

I bought everything from bargain basement to "premium" to everything else in between. I found some really great flavors, and others that were terrible. Pricing between the two did not necessarily matter. I got crappy cheap juice and crappy expensive juice! Needless to say, I wish I would have tried NT sooner!

I like that Nicoticket offers premium liquids at prices that are still much lower than most other "premium" brands. They also have the added value of incredible customer service, and being active in the community.

In life you don't always get what you pay for, but IMO, with Nicoticket you get more than you pay for.

I dislike it as much as you do, I'll be able to explain more when it drops.

You're one of the few vendors that when you say this, I actually believe you. I get what you've been saying in some of your previous posts. A ton of these companies are going to have "party time" for 2 years but then realize they aren't going to have any cash in hand to continue when the poo hits the fan. I use to pay $5 for a pack of stinkies, and I'm easily in the top 5 cheapest states to smoke. I'm still saving cash. I don't cough up things in my sink that I could give their own area code to anymore. I've got another hobby in this. I can actually take my dog for a walk to where he's tired now (and I'm not overweight, but smoking killed my energy).

I'm not going away from Nicoticket unless the juice starts stinking. The truth is that I was craving stinkies long after I quit. Nicoticket was the primary vendor that gave me a reason to never go back. Now cigarette smell repulses me, but I'll gladly smell it while I'm explaining to a smoker what that strange gadget in my hand is.

As I get closer to that year mark, thank you for all you and the Nicoticket crew does for me, and that definitely includes people who post on this forum! I spent 13 years of my life inhaling death sticks.......never again.

I swore I would quit when they hit $2.00/pack - done, forever. I quit when they were $55/carton

You're one of the few vendors that when you say this, I actually believe you.

If you look deep in my history - I've fought them (price increases) tooth and nail from beginning. I like the position of being a reasonably priced vendor and I believe we deliver the best "total value" in eLiquid. That said - (and here's your hint) - the vendors that exist exclusively on the Internet are in for a rude awakening (you're already seeing it in California with AB 1500). So, what is the alternative? (leaving you to guess here) Those retailers whom opt to put products on their shelves - demand margin. The distributors whom make larger production capacity and wider distribution possible for small companies like ours - demand margin. Wider distribution isn't optional - it's pretty much mandatory to continue to exist. In order to do that, the pricing structure is going to have to change. That's it, really.

Now, please take note, those of you that have supported us in our infancy (NOW), and beyond, will NOT be forgotten. We have a plan... :) I've maintained since the beginning that it's our regulars whom provided this opportunity - and that investment *should* pay dividends for as long as we continue to exist. In the short term - I'd stock up... but in the long term, those of you that have been supporting us have good reason to feel good about your investment. :)

Remember when gas cost $1.25/gallon? I do. And I still complain about it lol. I also remember when a pack of smokes cost $2.50/pack. I never complained about a pack of smokes costing $5.50. Fact of the matter is, regulations in any industry=price increase. Everybody pays for these regulations, businesses and consumers. This is America, we should be used to this by now. Recently a couple of states legalized a certain plant, regulated it, and all of a sudden it costs waaaay more to buy the regulated plant, in a regulated business, than it does to buy it off the street. But its not stopping ALOT of people from buying the regulated plant, at heavily taxed and regulated businesses, making these states millions of dollars each month. Very few people are complaining about that lol. Oh wait, wrong forum... :vapor::vapor::vapor:

Early in the steep... if you turn down the wattage, the "candy'ish" banana will progressively fade with less heat. As the liquid ages and steeps, you'll be able to progressively increase the heat and retain the natural banana flavor. Pro-tip.

That's another thing that I didn't really delve much into but I think deserves mentioning. I know there might be a few vendors out there that offer a "few" tips on how to best enjoy their liquids but I have YET to find one that is as exhaustive as NT's steeping guides/hit it or quit threads! Heck, everywhere I look Kent's on one of the threads I've stumbled across! (I promise I'm sticking MOSTLY to that restraining order!) He must have an excellent wife and team to be able to crank out the number or outstanding orders NT does AND be able to be participate as much! To me that's priceless verses shooting in the dark and possibly wasting perfectly fine e liquid trying to find that sweet spot, or knowing not to give up on something too early, and even which types of builds/mods/atty's work best!!

Wait, maybe he's got a bunch of off underage foreign children filling orders or perhaps he's even playing around on his tablet or phone while he's "cracking the whip" and Katy and the rest of the gang do all the work.....Idk, and while I'm normally against those kinds of things, in this instance I guess I'm persuaded to "look the other way"......nothing to see here folks, carry on! LOL

UPDATE: Uh oh, IRONICALLY Katy's Virus a very LIMITED and special blend of H1N1 just dropped.....bwahahaha, sorry, couldn't help it! I held back as long as I could really, but honestly one of the first things I thought of as my fingers frantically cranked out my now long memorized CC digits and hoped it wasn't sold out before I got my order in was, "How many people is this one going to piss off!?" I can't help but wonder if a little "juice envy" comes to play in these "concerns" but then again exclusivity and limited items tend to produce that in even the best of 'em!
