The Build Guide for v3.1 should be done in the next day or so. I am doing another fresh build so I can document each step. Its up to 19 pages, but the majority of it is large pictures....:))). I think it will end up about 30 pages long. I am going to send it out first to the Beta Testers for review, and then it will be released.

9ml Vmod bottle. Perfect fit.

Drilled cap so hose fits tight added a Oring in the cap.

BJ i was thinking of getting the vmod bottle as well. I wasn't planning to custom do anything to it. Can you elaborate on why you drilled it? did you have to? Does it work as it comes? Thanks.

I'll jump in here until BJ elaborates on his build. I use a 9ml vmod bottle in my REO and when you buy them they just have a flat cap. You have to drill the cap with a 11/64 bit to fit the tube through. It also looks like BJ put an oring inside the cap for a better seal, I never did that and I haven't had a problem but it may be a good idea. It's a pretty simple mod.

The 9ml bottle comes with a solid white cap. The diameter of the hole on the bottle is smaller than the bottle gdeal uses, so you can't just snap the 9ml in.

Below is a link to the "Build Doc" for the v3.1. Its a bit longer than I wanted it to be, but better to have more info than less. This is one way to put the device together, there are a number of other ways as well. I noted a few of them. Thanks to the BETA guys (Tim, Mundy, 4Nic8, Val Heli, Kataphractus and Rossum and BobC) for the input and help.

I've only quit for 9 months and there are days now that I forget to vape.
I'm approaching 9 months as well. I smoked for 36 years, 2 PAD for the last decade or two. I only go through 6-8 ml of juice a day (at 15 mg). Forgetting to vape? Sorry, that's inconceivable -- kinda like forgetting to drink coffee. :D

25 years for me. Pack a day habit, two when I'm out drinking. Now my addiction is buying wood! LOL

I used to be a heavy coffee drinker too. I recently switched to tea - I oddly find it more enjoyable :D

Just read through the install guide, all I have to say is WOW! Thank you so much for providing that, I know it can get time consuming to document everything so thoroughly.

I'll be soldering the internals tonight, going off of the new guide. I will report back with any feedback.

Quick question for Mundy/Rossum: What happens if you put your battery in + up? Do the DNA electronics catch this, or will it go into nuclear meltdown? Also, why did you guys put a fuse in? I thought the DNA had shortcircuit protection.
