I have received that delay email too. Usually it happens when your order has a mix of parts with longer lead time materials and with WSF parts. I noticed that they delay starting the fast production part (WSF) till the last minute. Then something happens, the long lead time parts are done but the WSF is still in production. Either one of their tech fell asleep at the printer and botched it or they are having queuing issues because of WSF order volume. When I get this email I email them right back and request for them to send the parts they have and request that they send it for free. (worked twice!) If the parts are all for the same
mod, I just wait and get .......
Even with these faults, my experience with their customer service has always be satisfactory. They always respond quickly to issues and complaints and have reprinted parts (if out of spec) for free. Overall its not that bad of service. I have a
mod out getting Hydrodripped. Its been over
three weeks and the guy takes a week to respond to my emails and I still have no ETA.
And I'm a little jealous of the "your special" love letter...
