Sculpteo just cancelled both pieces. Apparently neither can be ordered in Alumide as a single piece.

I ordered one on the 14th and haven't heard a word. Sent an email asking if there was a problem and no reply.

I tried again to use my credit to purchase another kit, but no go. I guess I'll have to contact paypal on Monday to get it resolved. Bummer, all the parts are arriving today. Pretty quick shipping considering I ordered evertyhing Tuesday including the dns40's.

Let me sort out the parts and I'll keep enough for 2 builds and I'll give away the rest to those who missed out.

It's GREY10, but it doesn't work on the grey polished

Ah, thanks. Now I was looking at the polished (dna3.1) and not the raw, but didn't look like 10% wasn't enough to make the grey cheaper than the white. So I am guessing there is a smaller gap on the raw. But as nice as the polished items were on shapeways (versus unpolished), I may just stick to polished everything.

Seems we recently missed the 20% white unpolished though. At least this shop seems to consistently have some kind of discount going.

If they haven't sent an email then there was no problem with your order so no refund. Did you order a complete mod in Alumide? This is the only option that would give you a problem.
