Ok....just rechecked Sculpteo....Looks like the are now passing along some of the favorable exchange rate changes (US).... looks like prices dropped about 5-7% across the board. Then add that new 30% economy discount... I think they are now cheaper than Shapeways. :)
Hopefully it keeps going down! Are you waiting on testing bottles before you put the mini's up?

The large and small buttons for the 26650 and 18650 have the same nut dimensions. Actually the 26650 is just the 18650 button that was made wider (16mm vs 13mm.)

I just checked my prints. They look good and nuts fit into all the holes. I usually take a sharp pointed too like a hand pick and run it around all the corners just to make sure all the extra material comes out. Actually after I took this picture I noticed that I still had some powder left over in the large 26650 center hole around the side, but it didnt interfere with the nut placement. If you used super glue, you could try acetone to save them. It wont harm the printed material.

Did your hex holes look like these?

Mine barely had indentations in them at all. Yours look a whole lot better. The large 26650 button in your pic doesn't look as deep as the 18650 button either, to me... I can see where the hole in the center has some extra powder in it. Would it be possible to do the button where half of the nut actually fits in the recess? Right now it is still less than a third of the nut that seats in it, at least that is what it seems like...

My 18650 2.2 is supposed to be shipped estimated on the 18th, but I just checked and it's still in queue. How long does it take once Sculpteo takes it out of queue and goes to printing, polishing and shipping? I feel this one might end up being late.

Mine order has been sitting at "new" for 9 days. Mine is a 60 micron print though. I'm assuming they must take longer.

Oh yeah 60 micron will be a while. You'll be so happy with the outcome. That print is freakin amazing.

I didn't see where the 60 micron option was when I ordered mine, only raw, or polished. What's the price difference with that option?

It's down at the bottom below where you choose polished or unpolished. In think it was like $35 extra (roughly) I'm on my phone and the site doesn't work right unless I use a computer.

Thanks, I guess I missed that, although I'm happy enough to be able to buy a polished one. Maybe later, when I get another, I might go for one of those in color, or maybe not as I'm going to paint the one I have and the one that's coming.

In sure the regular prints are good too. Most everyone is happy with them and they make for a nice economy priced mod. I suck bad at painting so my thought process was to get the best print I could and just put matte clear on it. I'm also toying with the idea of sending it out for Cerakote.

You can adjust the 510 but loosening the white delrin. Screw that out a good bit and put your rda on, then when your rda is where you want it spin the white delrin up til it's snug. Then tighten your brass nut under the delrin. That should do it. Unless it's your button, you can adjust/ lock that also by turning.

If its autofiring, then the firing pin just need to be raised. Give the button a twist tighter. The 510 screw can be adjusted up or down a turn or two with no issues. Is your cyclone sitting high or low?

You got the positive facing down on the battery right?
You beat me to it G!

[URL=http://s1231.photobucket.com/user/unure/media/003%20copy.jpg.html]I had to move the firing button real high but it's working. Im thinking a flattop battery would have worked out of the box. Well after the surgery replacing the snap top cap to a screw on cap I can officially deem this mod is recommended by......
