I don't think my private messages are working. I sent out two private messages and haven't heard back from the recipient and when I check my sent messages it shows 0 messages. Anybody else experiencing this?

To enable sent messages to be stored:
Go to your
User CP (near top left of any page)
=>Settings and Options
=>Edit Options
=>Messaging & Notification
=>Private messaging (last of the options = save copy of sent messages, check box)

No prob - the initial default setting is not to store messages, so it needs changing by the User.

As a supplier we had a larger PM box I think.
Now my box is full and I need to dump 680 PM's before I can send a note to the Admins

Thank you, this will hurt the suppliers if we can't get PM's.
I guess I could dump everything but it would take a day to read all the PM's that I have saved from the past.
Too many nice customers and great help in my PM to delete them all.
Any help would be great.
