Probably the stupidest question of the day...

I was sitting here vaping my RY4 which has a great taste and great throat hit, but for whatever reason just doesn't put out the vapor plumes that my other liquids do. It is then that I realized that I hardly ever do my RY4 just for that reason. It just doesn't vape enough.

So I started wondering...why is that we all seem to want that vape so much? I admit, I do...but I don't know why. I mean, if it tastes good, and I'm getting a great throat hit, and it is satisfying my nicotine craving, isn't that enough? But it's not.

I guess the only reason I can think of is that it gives a better simulation of smoking?

Any thoughts on this?

It's behavioral feedback. Also, something visual to focus/distract, like some people look at the smoke from a cigarette. There's something soothing about it thanks to this association with the ritual of smoking.

People vary in what they crave(d) from smoking -- whether it's the behavior/ritual, the nicotine, the other tobacco alkaloids, or some mix of these.

I like the "mouth feel" of a lot of vapor, too. Can't quite describe it.

I understand...I'm not looking for huge vapor production at all, I'm more about the throat hit and the nicotine.

But in class I cant let vapor out...I gotta hold it in for a bit. I was doing this the other day and it didnt seem as satisfying as it usually it.

Probably about the reminder that the vapor tells us. It reminds us that we are, in fact, vaping, which makes most of us a lot happier.
