Okay so I have this original charger and eGo Twist, sometimes when I plug into the wall stays green,but if I plug in the USB shows red.Does it happens to you guys ?

I'll give you my experience with the AC adapters. The one that came with my 1st eGo kit is rated output 5v @ 500ma. That ment that it took almost 12hrs to charge my eGo C Twist 1000mAh batt. I bought (for a couple of bucks) another AC adapter that is rated 5v @ 2000ma and now charge the same batt in 3hrs. When low the red led is on when charged the green one switches on. Either your charger cord that you plug you batt into is bad, or your batt is bad. Get yourself another charger cord with the higher charging rated AC adapter and see if that fixes the problem. Sure costs less than another batt. And to answer you question, no that ain't normal.
Does it give it a full charge after you take it off USB and use it? If so, you know which one it is like Photon explained.
