Problem with Boge cartos

I usually order boge cartos from health cabin (3 ohm) to use in my VV device. This last order I received is almost driving me crazy.

I bought 7 packs, and have used about 15 cartos so far, 2 were DOA, and most of the rest were just not as they should be. The draw is different, the sound it makes is different and they taste nothing like they should, either muted or burnt. Just terrible quality control, in 15 or more only 2 or 3 worked like they should.

I would like to know if other users have reported the same, and if so what can be done to prevent this. I´m really concerned. I´m afraid to order more Boge from you, as it may turn out to be as bad as this last batch.

We are sorry for the problem with Boge 510D carto. We have shipped out a lot of 510D cato and heard of few problems.
Please try all of them and let us know the quantity of dead ones. We are willing to send you new free replacements asap.
We have reported the issue to Boge and they asked us to send a few samples for their check.
Do you mind sending a few bad catos back to us, so boge can look into the issue and improve their quality control timely?
We are willing to pay the returning postage.
If my advise is ok with you, please submit a ticket for instructions about new free replacements.
Our customer service team will reply to you asap. :)

That is great customer service, I really like the way you guys do things. :)

I tossed the bad cartos but I´ll save them from now on and get back to you when this batch is all used. I will label dead ones, the ones with different taste and draw and one good one for Boge to compare and hopefully find out what was wrong with them.

As for the replacement, I order from you on a regular basis so we can arrange for you to send them with an order and add a one time discount code for the returning postage or something like that.

you are a real example, and most vendors should learn a few things from you, thanks!

Thank you for your keeping bad carto and sending them back.
Those dead cartos can help boge understand what wrong with them and how to fix it.
Please leave a reminder about new free replacements and returning postage when you place a new order. Our customer service will take good care of it.

I think Ev0lution is right. These last batch of Boges do seem slightly different.
I bought 50x 510D LRs two weeks ago. The performance seems a little less, but they also are turning my juice dark very quick.

Normally there is no colour difference after 2 days.

On the left side is juice that has been in a tank with a new Boge after 2 days :confused:
The original bottle on the right side.
BIG difference! :confused:

Did you mean that you put the same RY4 ejuice in the DCT tank and the ejuice color got dark after 2 days? :confused:

Got 5 boxes of SR 510D's and two boxes of Black 510D's were fine (no problems) but I have the best part of three boxes which have the following problems:
- Showing on devices as a short then after screwing and unscrewing from the connection, working fine
- Poor if not non existent screw thread
- Juice going dark brown just like in the pictures <---- cop sent

The boxes of Boges normally have the resistance on a lid label but these cartos with issues are just labelled as '510D Stainless', '510D Blue'.

I too feel nervous about ordering in bulk from HC.

Yes, thats right. The juice flowing through the carto has discoloured the whole tank.
I am only telling you for your information. It seems this batch of boges are different. I got a full 50pcs box. Some seems the incorrect resistance, some seem to have the filler wrapped looser. Maybe just a dud batch. It happens.

I did speak with boge about it. they told me that ejuice may change their color being heated.
Did you get the DCT to work after you drip ejuice inside the cartomizer?
Did the same thing happen to other cartomizers like Dual coil ones?
The more information the more helpful.

I have been using only 510D cartomizers in this tank for 3 months.

This is an old picture of HC RY4 after 2 weeks with 510D from old batch from Healthcabin. No problems.

There is something different about this batch. They also seem quieter than normal.
I have been using 510D LRs for about 6 months and this is the first batch that has been different.
Normally Boge are very very good at each carto being identical.

Exactly! I don't have a testing device but would not be surprised if some of the SR carts are LR.

I have never had juices change colour after passing through a Boge before. Never. It is not normal.

Cutting wheel available at shop willing, my husband and I are going to gut a carto tonight to inspect the entrails.

Meanwhile, my first CE2 from HC is into it's second month.... Hmmmm, maybe some kind of sign from the carto Gods?

I noticed that as well and already did an autopsy on one of mine (no pics I dont have the time or patience lol)

It seems that the problem is not the filler but with the little sheet around the coil, after one day mine had a huge burnt hole, I assume that sheet is way tighter around the coil than it used to. It also seems bigger as far as I remember. I´m no expert so I could be wrong.
