Problem with Darwin

I purchased a Darwin a month ago on nhaler.com. Shipping and delivery were lighting fast and after a week I had it in my hands. Here the sad part begins. I used the mod no more than a week with Cisco 510 attys, Boge Cartos and clearomizers. All those have 510 connector and I used them without an adapter. After about a week, attys started to screw not exactly straight. 2 days later the threads on Darwin wore off completely and now I can't screw any atty or carto. Seems, the hole on Darwin's connector is too wide for attys and they just don't catch.

I wrote to Drew twice. Two days later I received his answer, he advised to contact evolvapor directly. I wrote to them three days ago and didn't hear from them yet.

So, I have not functioning device, very expensive one, I have to mention. device with 2 years warranty that I really don't know how to make use of. To say the least, I'm very disappointed with quality of brass connector and with customer service.

I'll be glad to hear from Nhaler or Evolv or anybody else who stands behind this product.

I remember your email and as far as I knoW I answered it immediately? You should also check your spam folder as it would be out of the ordinary for Evolv not to get back to you in 3 days also.
There are quite a few atomizers on the market right now that have defective connectors a shas been mentioned in several threads in the forums. That is why we recently added an adapter to The Darwin.
Please let us know if you dont get a reply. Thanks
