Problem with Ego leaking

I am noticing a problem with my Ego. First off I have to say I love it moving up from a 510. The problem is, I am using the atty and carts from my 510 but when I take the cone off it's leaking between them. They didn't leak when they were on the 510 battery.
Am I doing something wrong?
I thought I read something on the forum about leaks, but I couldn't find it.
Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried w/o using the cone? same result? perhaps the cone isn't letting the atty seat correctly.
Personally I don't like the cone.

1st, are you over filling the cart. 2nd, don't set the ego down for any length of time on the flat battery top, fluids like to move down hill.....

Cone wont effect the cart and flow from it. It will only catch the liquid a bit if it tries to leak out, but not cause it.

Sure youre not confusing sweating and leaking? I find the cone CAN make it sweat a little or catch the sweat (condensation really lol) from the vapor between itself and the atty. I dont use the cone either lol.

IF it's doing it on your Ego with the cone and not your 510 battery it's not leaking so much as condensing/sweating between the cart/atty and cone due to the closed space. Don't worry about it, it's completely normal. Happens with my Riva also.

I have had zero leaks with eGo using 510 atty/carts. I have had a little condensation from time to time but not enough to make it even look like it was leaking.
I love the warm vapor using the cone. I do unscrew the cone a little when the cart is very full and that eliminates the gurgle. I also blow out attys from time to time. I use Fluval filler in carts with approx. 13 drops e-juice.

Thanks for all the suggestions I will try to loosen the cone. I may be sweating. I do enjoy it so much more than the 510.
