Problem with IgoW3

I have a IgoW3, that I have never been able to use! Because every time I tighten the screws down, it snaps the wire, I use 28 gauge wire, any advice would be great, thanks!

I put the leads under the screw heads.

I only use it for dual coils. Never tried a quad coil on it.
