Has anybody had troubles with this unit? I just purchased a kit and it's not charging my batteries even after I fully charge the personal charger itself. Sometimes it recognizes the battery and sometimes it doesn't. Either way, even when it does recognize my battery needs charging it shuts off within 10 seconds anyways. I've left it alone over night hoping the battery would be charged, which wasn't the case.
Anybody else experience this? I purchased through Smokeless Image because of the high praises of their customer support. Sadly, they have yet to reply to my case.
