Problem with my eGo variable voltage batt and SR boge cartos

Currently vaping my eGo with some LR kanger cartos and it's doing great. But when I try out some SR boges I've been using on my Vogue 510 bsr, regardless of the voltage I use on my eGo they all taste like they're burning :-S The boges work fine on my mini battery so it must be the eGo..... am I missing something here?

A burnt taste would indicate to me that your' using too high of a voltage.

That's what I figured, but apparantly my mini batt has a voltage of 4.2 whilst my eGo goes from 3.2 to 4.2, and I'm getting the same issue regardless of what voltage I use :-S

I seriously doubt your mini has a 4.2v rating...3.2 at best.

Try a new atty?

Turn it down to 3.4v and work from there. 3.7v would be about right. With a 3 ohm coil, up to 4.2v would still be good.

While your mini might provide 4.2 volts fresh off the charger - it won't for long. The eGo is going to provide more power consistently and can burn a carto much quicker. Just never let them get dry and don't try to push them. I have a couple of low end VV devices and I rarely run them over 3.7 with cartos...

First fill of a carto is very important. You'd be surprised at how much liquid the carto can absorb. The Key in the vid below is to push the carto down into condom of juice VERY SLOWLY.
