problem with my new dct for mt ego-t?

so i got me a v2 dct, 3.5 ml, for my ego t and i am having an issue refilling, the first prime, then fill went fine, from what i have seen it is good to keep liquid in the outer tank, i even have a tool made to refill it, but the liquid doesnt seem to want to stay in and it seems to flood, can anyone help?

k i have solved my own problem. A: never let your friend pick up new suplies then try to explain it. B: holes on filling tool top/bottom 45 degree angle, fill beautifully, smoke great.

Can you explain that with some more words please. I might encounter the same problem soon, since I just ordered some.
