Problem with my Wicked Wednesday Wheel Order

Fist Hello,
I'm not new to vaping but I've not vaped for a while. I just started back up do to a little stress in my life so I'm doing some very light vaping. I was very excited when I got this email with the possibility of receiving 45% off regular priced items and 10% off otherwise. So I was lucky to get 45% and after I was done with the ordering steps and ready to submit my grand total was $115 and change which was AWESOME! I wrote a little note in the note section, clicked submit with the grand total still saying $115 and change, and then the order confirmation page gave a different order charged to my card of $124 and change. I'm not sure what happened because I am the Queen of online ordering since I live out in the country and this is pretty much the only way to shop for me so I don't understand why it didn't charge me the $115 and change like it said it was and instead charged me the $124 and change. It's a $9 difference, I understand that's not much but I just don't understand why it did this. Anyone else have this problem?

The Chic, sorry to hear that happened to you. It's happened to me, in the past, as well. As best as I could determine from when it happened to me, the wheel 'changed' during your order process, before you hit submit, and you ended up getting less than 45%. Or it could be the S&H charge.

Ya, I looked at it all to make sure S&H was applied already, and it was, so it must have just change before I was able to click the submit button. I was just like what the heck? But like I said, it's 9 bucks, its not going to kill me, but I was just really excited about getting the 45% off and then boom...siiiieeeek, when I clicked submit.

I spoke with our Customer Service manager, Gabe (also an ECFer) and he told me that we can't adjust the charge.
