Problem with order

I ordered mag kit through DHL to Poland but at Clearance in Katowice They have called me that They must resend my parcel because of some issue with polish law (i dont understand why). They have Just said that parcel with e cigarette is illegal and They can Only resend. What should i do now?

They have said that i need document that proves that i can import ecigarettes to Poland
