[SECURITY] inawera poland still using insecure bottles may trigger EU-RAPEX

Well, I've ordered several times from this polish EU supplier

with such results and grave nicotine process and handling security issues that need to be reported:

1. Use of low quality non- Child Proof one time seal only bottles. May trigger EU- RAPEX or worse.

2. 1st delivery came with one bottle unsealed and liquid poured out, bad filling machinery or bottle supplier quality.

3. Liquid makes headache after 2-3 days, so nicotine and base chemical process quality questionable.

4. 1 of 3 orders triggered problem with EU shipping service, but not handled customer friendly:
a) Parcel lost/stuck in DHL courier service, failing/incomplete register/tracking,
useless DHL- support hotliners (Try out Yourself +4908001888444, dump voice bot ) and "run in circles" to DHL shop and back.
b) Wants to wait about 2 weeks for investigation instead of immediate resend, so no supplier You can rely Your e-cigarette "fuel" on.
c) Refuses further communications if parcel insurance claimed, PayPal Buyer Protection may be needed, not trustworthy for expensive orders.

5. Well, good flavours, but that's it so far.

Meanwhile (4 weeks after sending the parcel) seller has got it back and it turned out it was a failure of Polish Post Lublin not to check address labels for ambiguity and not to reject acceptance then,
the supplier used a address label with 3 addresses, but did not use the words TO: and FROM: as headers, so this will not pass the scanner automated sorting machinery of modern post / parcel service hubs of German Post / DHL and will always trigger reject returns.

Seller refused to refund the shipping cost.
