PM replied... Still wondering whether or not to try a new RM2 first, and I change the spring myself. And if that doesnt work, then I will send off. Cuz my main issue is needing a spring replaced and needing a proper fitting RM2...

When Rob was talking about adjusting the centre screw it was on the RM2 not the Reo Matt have you looked at the Rm2 screw yet ?
Look at the bottom the center post is slightly adjustable. 1/4 turn is about all Rob likes to recommend on it. If the RM2 fits your Reo properly and still no contact that is your most likely culprit.
Wait the center post of the REO or the RM2? cuz there is no centre post screw on my RM2. but there is on my REO. And i adjusted the REO screw, and i adjusted it too much earlier and snapped the wire coming from the switch off of it...
From what I am seeing in your picture of the bottom of the RM2, it does look like there is no center post.

No centre post screw... No wonder why my RM2 wasnt working on my Woodvil.. Thank god we figured this out, i was getting way too frustrated. And I wouldnt know any better because i am new to this kind of stuff. So at least its nothing major and can easily be resolved in due time.. Still a bummer though Oh welllll

Yup missing the brass screw which threads to the metal in the bottom of the ceramic from the bottom of the RM2.

Sorry that happened but mistakes do happen .... rare but still happen .... just sucks when your the lucky one they happen with.
The good news is Rob will never leave you hanging like other vendors might and the vape will be fantastic once you get the hang of it.
