problem with RM2?

so I got my RM2 in the mail today and was sooo happy now I can get THAT vape but it looks like I have a problem maybe I'm crazy but I can only find a coil hole on 1 post the shorter one I don't see a hole in the taller post is it there and im not seeing it? I dunno but I'm trying to work out something did this happen to anyone else?

My RM2's posts are both the same length, and both have holes for the coil legs.

That's weird I suggest you contact Rob....take a photo of it so he can see. PM him... redeyedancer.

Contact Robert first and if it's okay, while waiting for replacement to use it, you can wrap the leg around the screw before screwing it down. Sorry for problem. BIG DRAG, I KNOW.

ok its weird I found the other hole under a glass but I still haven't seen a RM2 with 2 different length poles I'm still working on getting my first coil and giving it a shot so I'll let you guys know soon.

My...ahem...poles are different lengths also. Did the wire hole not get drilled alway through?

At that angle it looks the same to me. As long as it's not touching the cap I think it's fine.

The posts are a little different in length on all mine....the post closest to the juice hole is shorter. Actually it's like that on the Chalice, too. That's normal.

All the new rm2s are like that the taller post has a smaller hole . I have tested it with all kinds of wire it works fine . The company that makes these atomizer seems to always change things

It seems to be working good now I need to build a new coil and wick my first one was not too good it came in at 2.0 ohms.

Same here. The kanthal 28awg wire barely fit the small hole of the taller post. Just received this today. Haven't used it yet waiting for Rob's reply.

I just checked, mine are two different heights. The one on the right, when looking at it from the side that the feed is on, is taller. I believe that it is the positive terminal.
The difference is about an eighth of an inch.

wow i got one coming in the mail. so what is the deal with op, is he missing a post hole or what? and does this mean we cant use anything lower than 28g? whats rob saying?

I have a dremmel with some reemer points I was going to ream the air hole anyway I may try it on the tall post. Oh and good pics Josh mine is the same but its kicking out clouds now anyway.

i just got mine today and its the same thing. the small hole is so small I doubt I can even get wire through it. I wrapped a coil using 26ga and put the wire around the screw on the post with the small hole. idk what it is but the flavor/vape on my rm2 is no where near as good as my cyclone or era
