I have a question. For my first two months of vaping the tracking locator worked GREAT. I could literally check online and know when to go to the mail box. Now it doesn't even tell me anything, not even when it leaves the Illinois address. Anyone know why that is? I know it reads on the site tracking info will be updated when/if available, but for weeks it has been terrible. No info at all. Anyone know why this is? Did the USPS guys just get lazy and not update? I usually get my package in 3 days, but it's nice to be able to track it. That's what it's for, you would think.

Now I can see why everyone always complains about USPS, in the beginning I didn't understand, now I do.

If anybody can weight in on why this is happening it would be greatly appreciated !

I almost posted something similar to this earlier. My tracking has always been great too. Maybe it still is but according to the tracker my package has been in limbo an hour away for almost two days now ... AAAHHHH!!!

It's said that's it's left Kansas City before then when it doesn't show up it'll say again that it left Kansas City but they change the time to a later time..???????

Sorry.. I know it's frustrating.. I don't know what the deal is.

I have had this discussion with my supplier. Ten days after I recieved the parcel, my supplier emailed me to tell me the tracking number still informed him that the parcel was just picked up! Try a Courier service. They have a better tracking service. They depend on future business, the USPS don't care. They are subsidized by the Government, or just raise prices to keep afloat.

USPS is not subsidized by the government. They don't get a cent of taxpayers money, but they still act like they're the only game in town.

Well.. "They don't get a cent" isn't exactly the whole of the story.

They have a government mandated monopoly, and they get paid hundreds of millions for services they deliver to the government, which of course, is paid for by the people.

Direct funding hasn't happened since, what, 1982? But the monopoly (which we pay for) remains.

To be fair USPS doesn't offer tracking with priority mail, what you are looking at is "delivery confirmation". It just happens to update with some extra info.

They're still more efficient than UPS who took my package from a company in Arizona and flew it to kentucky before flying it to Washington state.

UPS/Fedex etc.. would melt if they were asked to deliver as many items as USPS :)

I've only placed four orders so far and the 'track & confirm' has only worked once...on my first order (when I was looking at it every five minutes) ;) But the shipping time has been extremely reliable so far, so I don't worry about it too much.

On my first order, tracking worked beautifully- like you I was constantly checking. My second order is due to arrive today and it says nothing. Oh well.

It's not a big deal to me cause I know when it's expected to arrive, but just discovered two of the orders I placed on the same day, got shipping confirmations an hour between each other, only one came today and the other one is due tomorrow. Don't quite understand that

Thanks for all the information everyone, curiosity kills me:lol: I'm an instant gratification type of girl
