So I loaded up my cart and went through all the steps to check out, and when I went to punch in my visa number it would let me punch in 2 digits then it would delete them!? Not sure what's going on, all other fields accepted letters and numbers just not the CC boxes? !

No clue, but Checkout through Paypal option and use PayPal as Guest if you do not have an account. You can enter your CC there and it is much safer.
